Multimedia Project and NewsXchange

From 12-6 the studio will be buzzing with Multimedia Project and NewsXchange

This program will center around 3 distinct projects. Creating an EP - create 3 songs, 1 music video and 1 artists profile video; Anime Club - establish the rules, create the graphic look and feel, and strategize distribution for an original card game; Real Reality TV - Documenting self-staged social experiments.

Attendance on Wednesday, October 1st is mandatory for all participants so you can get a full briefing on all the projects. Going forward, you must attend Saturdays from 12-6, and you will get to choose between attending on Wednesdays or on Fridays from 5-7, depending on the project you choose to work on.

Interns in NewsXchange identify, research, investigate, interview, photograph, record video and audio, write, edit, and publish journalistic pieces. They learn about journalistic ethics, the changing nature of the industry, and how to work as a team to produce and broadcast relevant journalistic content.  This is a field-intensive program.
